1. Who we are
DPP Network is responsible for the personal data collected on dppnetwork.com. This policy covers the website only. You can reach us at:
DPP Network
info@dppnetwork.com
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message.
- Emails you send us: your email address and what you write.
- Server logs: your IP address, browser, the pages you visit and when. Our web host records these automatically.
- Security check on the contact form: on the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is used by a person. It reads technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type. When you send the form, our server passes your IP address to Cloudflare with the check.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your message, based on the consent you give in the contact form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), or our legitimate interest in answering emails (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To run and protect the website, including the security check on the contact form, based on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Who receives it
Only the providers we need to run the website: our web host, an email delivery service in France that delivers contact form messages to our inbox, and an email provider in Switzerland that hosts our mailbox. Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States runs the security check on the contact form. Cloudflare takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate data protection. The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing adequate data protection. If a provider processes data anywhere else outside the EU, we protect it with the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Messages: as long as needed to reply and follow up, and no longer than 24 months.
- Security check: our server uses the result once, to accept or refuse the message.
- Server logs: a short period set by our web host, then deleted automatically.
6. Cookies
On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile reads technical information from your browser to check that the form is used by a person, and keeps a value (cf.turnstile.u) in your browser's local storage. It runs only to protect the contact form you choose to send, so it counts as strictly necessary. All other pages work with your browser alone, and our fonts are hosted on our own server.
| Type of cookie or storage | Used on this website |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Cloudflare Turnstile, on the contact page only (security check): one local storage item, cf.turnstile.u |
| Analytics and statistics | None |
| Marketing and advertising | None |
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this section.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@dppnetwork.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your EU country.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
