Online forms
Product information can be entered directly in forms built from each product group's template. Required fields are marked, and a readiness panel shows what is still needed before publication.
Cloud DPP Platform
DPP Network provides the dedicated cloud infrastructure for creating, managing and publishing Digital Product Passports. Structured product-group templates, automated checks and integration options make DPP technology accessible to professionals across industries, through a web browser, spreadsheet imports or an API.
How it works
The platform takes product information from wherever it is managed today and turns it into published passports that open when their QR code is scanned.
Through online forms, Excel or CSV uploads, or API connections from existing systems.
Against the product group's template: required fields, value formats and publication rules.
Each published version is sealed and kept; later changes are published as new versions.
Each passport has its own identifier and QR code, leading from the physical product to its passport.

Data entry and integration
Product information can be entered in the browser, imported in bulk or connected from existing systems, and the three can be combined.
Product information can be entered directly in forms built from each product group's template. Required fields are marked, and a readiness panel shows what is still needed before publication.
For larger product ranges, each product group has a downloadable template with one row per product. Large files are processed in the background; rows with errors are listed with the reason, and the other rows are imported.
Existing product information can flow in directly from ERP, PIM or PLM systems. The EN 18222 API, documented in OpenAPI 3.1, creates and updates passports; webhooks notify connected systems of changes.
Capabilities
Through access to dedicated DPP infrastructure, each organisation gets the tools to manage passports from first draft to published version.
Organisations and their teams work directly in a web browser.
Dedicated fields and structures for each supported product group, with the publication rules its act sets where one applies.
Missing required fields and wrongly formatted values are flagged before publication. The checks confirm that data is complete and well-formed; the economic operator stays responsible for its accuracy.
Bulk updates for large product ranges, with row-level error reporting.
Integration with ERP, PIM and PLM systems, so passport data can be kept in step with the source systems.
SVG files at a real print size, with the identifier printed below the code. The passport's PDF carries the same code.
Public passport pages show the responsible company's name and logo.
Every published version is sealed and kept. The seal shows whether a version was changed later; the product information itself remains the economic operator's responsibility.
Owner, editor and viewer roles, and custom roles with a narrower set of permissions.
Optional two-factor sign-in, which an organisation can require, and an append-only audit log of significant actions for owners.
White-label and multi-organisation
Each company works in its own organisational environment. Consultants, integrators and service providers are given access to the organisations they support, with the role each organisation assigns. Manufacturers and importers can also use the platform directly.
Access levels
A passport can hold information with different access requirements. Every field has an access level, and the levels follow the legislation for each product group, so they differ from one group to another. The battery passport shows a demanding case: the Battery Regulation sets which audiences may read each part.
Open standards
Passports are drawn up on the basis of the six harmonised European standards for Digital Product Passports (EN 18216, EN 18219, EN 18220, EN 18221, EN 18222 and EN 18223) and the open specifications they refer to. Standards-based identifiers and formats let other systems read the passports, and keep each economic operator independent of any single provider.
The identifier on each product is the economic operator's own, or is built on its own verified domain; DPP Network hosts the passport behind it. As rules and standards develop, the platform is updated centrally.
Hosting and security
A passport has to stay available for as long as its product's rules require. DPP Network runs the infrastructure, so organisations can focus on their passports.
Getting started
DPP Network sets up the account and the organisations needed, and invites each organisation's owner.
Where QR codes should carry an address on the economic operator's own domain, a TXT and a CNAME record connect it. Passports can also use the operator's own identifiers.
Product information is added in the browser, imported from Excel or CSV files, or connected through the API.
Passports are published once the readiness check is clear, with their QR codes ready to download and print.
By leveraging DPP Network's dedicated cloud infrastructure, consultants, integrators and service providers can extend their capabilities on a specialised DPP platform that DPP Network develops and maintains.
